A competent legal adviser must balance the need to adhere to the highest professional standards with tailoring the offered services to the client's needs. Legal advisors must gain insights into the client's true nature to provide adequate service.

 

The legal advisors of a corporation must be conversant with the complexity of the client's operations and integrate into the client's corporate structure. They must discern the interests the client deems worthy of protection. They should be familiar with the client's wishes and objectives and figure out how to incorporate them into a proper legal framework while maintaining the ability to set the client's necessary legal boundaries.

As a legal advisor, I refrain from imposing my judgment on the clients, offering them instead my risk-probability assessment for use in making informed decisions.
